PERENCANAAN TEBAL PERKERASAN LENTUR DENGAN METODE ANALISA KOMPONEN 1987 DAN MANUAL DESAIN PERKERASAN JALAN 2017

Abstract


Roads are a very important infrastructure in supporting the pace of the economy in Indonesia. As a developing country, Indonesia really needs quality and as well as the quantity of roads to meet the needs of all Indonesian people. Several roads in Nagari Simarasok still have not been paved, one of which is on Jalan Simarasok. This road is a local road with a 2-lane road type. Based on the status of this road, it is an alternative road that connects Jalan Simarasok with Jorong Koto Tuo, which is 1500 meters long and 5 meters wide. On that road there was no drainage. The condition of this road is still landlessFrom survey data LHR which was carried out for 2 days on weekdays and the market obtained an average of 376 vehicles. In this plan calculate the thickness of the pavement and compare prices This basic material unit uses 2 methods, namely the 1987 Component Analysis Method and the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual. From these 2 methods, bold results are obtained layer with the 1987 Component Analysis Method which meets the requirements, namely D1 = 7.5 cm D2 = 20 cm and D3 = 10 cm, while for the 2017 MDPJ method the layer thickness calculated is AC-WC = 4 cm AC-BC = 6 cm and LPA Class A = 40 cm. Results of comparison of the unit price of basic materials obtained by the 1987 Component Analysis Method for Rp. 267,346,607.40 and the 2017 MDPJ Method costs Rp. 702,903,035.94. So use with the 1987 Component Analysis Method is less costly in comparison with the 2017 MDPJ Method.
