PERENCANAAN DRAINASE DI JORONG ABAM KECAMATAN RAO SELATAN KABUPATEN PASAMAN
Abstract
Drainage in Jorong Abam, South Rao District, Pasaman Regency is faced with the problem of rainwater inundation due to the malfunction of the drainage system on the road. The purpose of planning this drainage system is to find out how to overcome the problem of waterlogging in Jorong Abam and increase understanding of drainage channel methods and theories. The methods used in this study are Normal method, Normal log method, Gumbel method and Log Person III method. The stages carried out in this drainage planning are hydrological analysis, rainfall analysis, discharge analysis and channel dimensions. The results of the calculation of design rainfall using rainfall data for the last 10 years, obtained the definitive dimensions of the channel, namely wet cross-sectional area = 0.289 m3 / s, water flow speed = 8.78 m3 / s, guard height = 0.25 m, Q rencana = 0.025 m3 / s, and Q_max = 2.53 m3 / s. Factors that cause flooding in Jorong Abam, South Rao District are high elevation, sedimentation and sediment, lack of maintenance on drainage channels.
